The Rainbow of All Beings

A group theatre process that draws on three existing methodologies — Social Presencing Theater, Theater of the Oppressed, and the Work That Reconnects. The Rainbow of All Beings is a sequence of embodied exercises: a movement practice, sculpting a personal "stuck" situation, externalizing inner voices, and a collective sharing circle. The process is designed to be run in a group setting and works with the body, personal conflict, and the natural world as resources for reflection.
